That NEW Adage

A pressure-relief valve about God, and just about everything else.

When I Grow Up, I’m Gonna Sell Water to Fish!

The sect known as “Universalism” teaches the belief that  ALL are going to heaven. Manson, Hitler, Mussolini, everybody. Reverend Carlton Pearson has recently fallen from TBN favor for teaching it. This worldview leads me to ask A question:

Why does Universalism need preachers? Ain’t that like sellin’ AIR?

  4. maxdaddy,
hey thats a good retort for Pearson’s ever increasing silly one liners about the gospel of inclusion.

Like Matt Green said about that foolishness, “If you intend to dismantle a cardinal doctrine built on two millennia of church history and Scriptural interpretation, you need more than a handful of witty one-liners. It’s like trying to take down the Brooklyn Bridge with a butter knife.”

I pointed out that the FIRST place Pearson ran to when he was kicked out of the high and mighty club was to the gay church. I wonder why he didn’t go to the Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, atheists, wiccans he claimed wont have to repent to get a hooch on the inside of heaven?
